Raul helped my fiancée and I create our dream engagement rings from scratch over several meetings. We initially stopped by to get an idea of what we liked, but loved Raul so much we kept coming back. He spent as much time as we needed with him and never rushed. When there was a minor problem with one of the rings, they fixed it within a few days. Amazing service and workmanship!

Raul at Johnson Jewelers is truly one of a kind!! He has guided my fiancée and I through the engagement ring process, and helped us pick the perfect complimenting wedding band! He is honest, patient, and is the definition of fantastic customer service. His experience and knowledge in diamonds is superior to other places we have visited. A True Gem of a Jeweler – Thank You, Jessica! When my husband and I were looking for the perfect ring to commemorate our 30th wedding anniversary, we had already been through six months of frustration with another jeweler. Then we walked into Johnson’s Jewelers and met Jessica and everything changed. From the moment we met her, she truly listened. She understood how meaningful this ring was for us. I had my heart set on something very rare: blue diamonds. Not an easy request in El Paso, but Jessica went above and beyond. She arranged to have several blue diamonds shipped in just for me. Within less than a week, I had my custom anniversary ring in hand! Jessica was incredible, attentive, communicative, and caring throughout the entire process. She texted and called to keep me updated every step of the way. By the end of the day the diamonds arrived, my ring was finished and ready to wear. It’s absolutely perfect. Thanks to Jessica (and a little divine intervention), we now have a beautiful piece that celebrates 30 years of marriage. Johnson’s Jewelers has definitely become our go to especially for Mother’s Day when I know I’ll be treated to chocolates and flowers, too! If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, cares deeply, and delivers with heart, ask for Jessica. She’s truly one of a kind.

My mother passed away last year and the last wish was to give me was a class ring. It was really difficult to go through the process since I was still heartbroken it took 6 months that I made my mind to get a custom ring class. I arrived at Johnson jewelers and Mr. Porras and Mrs. Christine are amazing we sat down and custom made my class ring. They were there in all the process so the ring could be perfect. I don’t have words of how amazing the ring came out. I wish my mother would see this amazing ring. I chose a ruby since that is my mothers month. I highly recommend Johnson Jewelers they did an amazing job.

My partner and I were in the market for an engagement ring and Johnson Jewelers became the best fit for us. Luann was incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful in our journey to get the exact engagement ring design we were looking for. It turned out beautifully and we are so happy with that experience. We then had an even greater challenge for them and that was to create custom wedding rings for us from source 24k gold. It was a heritage piece and we wanted to make our wedding rings from it and retain the stamped Chinese characters in the final rings. We worked closely with Luann, Monica, and Sergio to get it right. We are so happy with their expertise and professionalism in creating these custom pieces.

I had an amazing experience picking out an engagement ring for my fiancée. Christine, one of the sales reps, helped me through the enitre 3 week process. We went over different designs and setting within my budget. She let us pick the diamond first then the setting which really was amazing. The first setting we picked turned out not to be as the setting in the website so she showed us a better setting that was in the inventory. Christine did an absolutely fantastic job adapting to my budget & foreseeing my dream engagement ring. The picture provided is the setting but missing our oval diamond(1.8 ct VVS1, E) and 2 green emerald marquis diamonds.Thank you so much to the team at Johnson Jewelers.

We needed some help with a few small issues with an engagement ring and a wedding ring - purchased years prior and in a different city from a different jeweler - and the staff at Johnson Jewelers went above and beyond to be helpful just out of their own goodwill. The very best jewelers in the southwest. For years, I have been taking my jewelry for service and they always exceed my expectations. Raul is my jewelry expert rep at the site. I highly recommend this business. I just picked up a custom ring, and again they exceeded my expectations. Also, their repairs and custom work prices are unbeatable. A+
